Job Description
Job duties:
- Dealing with contractual payment & process claims
- Ensuring submission of variation, cost estimation, & preparation to clients
- Attending meeting & negotiating with project team and clients
- Preparing final account & contract administration
- Ability to understand REDAS & SIA form of contract administration & SOP Act Administration
- 3 to 6 years quantity surveyor experience
- Possess diploma/degree in any construction related course
