We are a Plumbing and Sanitary Company looking for a Quantity Surveyor (P&S).
:
Responsible for the Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration.
Source for quotations from suppliers/subcontractors, assist for evaluation and comparison for the received quotations.
Produce quantity measurement within targeted timeline.
Study and identify discrepancies in tender/contract documents and raise queries for clarifiations
Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
Job Requirements
Motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently.
Attention to details.
Proficient in MS Excel / Word.
Have experience as QS in a M&E/P&S company.
