• Bedok/Tanah Merah area (Project site)
• 5 Days - Mon - Fri (8.30am to 6pm)
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on working experience; relevant work experience in the construction industry

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Diploma in construction related field
• Those with a Diploma or Degree in electrical engineering will be an added advantage
• At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on working experience and proven track record
• Preferably with relevant work experience in the construction industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of contract and negotiation with sub-contractors
• Quantity surveying duties like
• 1. Variation works
• 2. Preparation of Letter of Award
• 3. Preparation of payment claims
• 4. Issuing payment response and
• 5. Any other works as and when assigned
