Job Description
Our client is a Grade A1 Contractor and Class 1 General Builder offering end-to-end construction services and solutions for public and private sector developments. They are currently hiring Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
JOB SCOPE
Support the Quantity Surveying Manager in handling pre- and post-contract activities, as well as procurement-related tasks. Participate in budgeting, cash flow management, cost control, claims processing, contract payments, and the preparation of variation orders and final accounts.
REQUIREMENTS
A Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or an equivalent qualification. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and perform well under pressure to meet strict deadlines. Strong awareness of current market conditions and construction cost trends.
