Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Contract:
Prepare
cost estimates

bill of quantities (BQ)

tender submissions
Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents
Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes
Post-Contract:
Track project costs and prepare
progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and final accounts
Monitor project budgets and report on cost variations
Conduct site measurements and valuations
Draft and review
contracts, subcontracts, and work orders
Ensure compliance with all contractual terms and regulations
Manage claims and disputes with subcontractors or clients
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors
Attend site and coordination meetings
Prepare regular reports on budget performance and cost forecasts
Requirements

Familiar with
SMM, PSSCOC, and FIDIC
(an advantage)
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software
(e.g. CostX, Cubicost)
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
