Job Description

Report to the PM, CM, or ACM, and communicate with all project staff. Prepare, monitor, and project administration. Evaluate and certify progress claims, variations, and final accounts (including remeasurement) for contractors and suppliers. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and manage disputes effectively. Liaise with project teams to provide quotations, including quantity take-offs and the preparation of bills of quantities, as well as accurate variation cost submissions, ensuring that quotations align with specifications and construction methods. Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers. Enter data accurately and maintain up-to-date filing records. Prepare all weekly/ monthly progress report Compile all documents into OMM Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Prepare material and equipment summary list Prepare material and equipment submission Setup proper site documentation according to company standard Tabulate all projects costing
Requirements:


Diploma in Engineering, Building, Quantity Surveying, or a related field Candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry will be an advantage Applicants without prior experience but who demonstrate a keen interest to learn and grow in this role are welcome to apply Good understanding of construction contracts and ability to interpret technical drawings Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Willing to work beyond normal working hours when required * Self-motivated, responsible, and eager to take on new challenges
