Responsibilities:


Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and bills of quantities (BQ) for steel structure projects. Review technical drawings and specifications to calculate material, labor, and time requirements. Manage project budgets and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Handle tender preparation, submission, and negotiation with clients and subcontractors. Evaluate and certify subcontractor claims, variations, and progress payments. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify work done. Prepare final accounts and project reports. Support project managers in contract administration and commercial matters.

Requirements:


Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Structural Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of QS experience (preferably in steel structure or construction industry). Strong knowledge of steel structure materials, fabrication, and erection works. Familiar with contract management, cost estimation, and tender processes. Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, or QS software. Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
