cost estimation and control
forpiling and structural steel works
from start to finish. Handleproject budgeting, cost planning
, andvariation tracking
to ensure profitability. Requiresproblem-solving skills
, negotiation ability, and adaptability in a fast-changing construction environment.Key Responsibilities
Perform
quantity take-off
and assist withquotation preparation
. Handleprogress claims, variation orders
, andfinal account settlement
. Maintainproject documentation
andbudget control
. Verifysubcontractor claims
and ensure compliance with contractual terms. Review and evaluatesub-contractor invoices
regularly. Prepare and follow up onquotations and claims
. Conductsite visits
and participate in meetings when necessary. Support incontractual dispute resolution
and ensure accuratefinal account reporting
.Skills Required
Strong in
numeracy
andfinancial calculations
. Excellent incommunication
anddocumentation
. Ability to managecost planning
andcompliance
with technical and contractual standards.Proactive and able to handle
dynamic construction site challenges
