We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Quantity Surveyor

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tenders. Manage project budgets and monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk management. Prepare bills of quantities, contract documents, and other procurement documentation. Assess and certify progress claims, variations, and final accounts. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Monitor project performance and report regularly on financial status. Assist in contract negotiation and dispute resolution. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

Minimum [2-5] years of xperience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. Experience in [residential / commercial / infrastructure] projects is preferred.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts (e.g., PSSCOC, BCA), and building regulations. Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills. Proficient in QS software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Excel). Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
