Requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum [2-5] years of xperience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Experience in [residential / commercial / infrastructure] projects is preferred.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts (e.g., PSSCOC, BCA), and building regulations.
Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficient in QS software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Excel).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
