Job Description
Cost Estimation and Budget Management
Provide preliminary and detailed cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and other expenses.
Assist in preparing project budgets and ensure the project remains within the approved budget.
Prepare tender documents and manage the tendering process.
Review contract terms, manage contract changes, and handle payment claims.
Requirement:
Degree/ Diploma in QS/ Building Construction Management/ Civil Engineering. Min 4 years working experience for main contractors / subcntractors in commercial projects. Sound knowledge in tendering processes and contracts. Familiar with construction cost and able to work independently. * Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem solving skills, proactive, good team player and ability to meet tight deadlines.
