Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and budgets for construction projects.
Manage tendering processes, including preparing tender documents and evaluating bids
Sourcing of subcontractors and suppliers
Conduct site measurements, check site progress for claims purposes, prepare progress reports and valuations for interim payments and final accounts.
Prepare progress claims and project variation including monitoring progress
Assess, value and prepare subcontractors' progress payments and final claims
Evaluate subcontractors' variation order
Track project costs and variations to ensure the project stays within budget
Attend site and Consultant/ Technical meetings
Perform any duties and responsibilities or other assignments given occasionally or on a daily basis by the immediate Superior
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Building / Civil Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying in construction field or equivalent
Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Main Contractor's firms
Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, hardworking, proactive, good team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Candidates with procurement experience will be an added advantage.
