Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents.
Conduct feasibility studies, cost control, and risk analysis evaluations.
Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and variations.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure accurate and timely communication.
Assess contractor claims, valuations, and variations.
Prepare and evaluate tender documents and contracts.
Assist in procurement and selection of subcontractors and suppliers.
Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with budget and standards.
Prepare regular cost reports and final accounts
