/ Responsibilities:-
a. Preparing and taking off quantities from drawings and tender documents;
b. Request quotation from subcontractors / suppliers and compare pricing for consolidation;
c. Prepare, maintain and manage tender documents that comprises of BOQ, tender clarifications and etc;
d. Tender submission, handle progressive claims / payments, variation orders and finalized project account.
Requirement:-
a. Min 2 years QS related working experience or Building related working experience;
b. Team player and able to work independently;
c. Strong interpersonal skills and possess good working attitude;
d. Highly responsible, reliable, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
