Job Description

Responsibilities:

Attend tender briefing and site show-round when required Preparation of tender submission and tender analysis Responsible for measurement of quantities and cost estimation Sourcing & Coordination with sub-contractors and suppliers To support VO and progress claim, contract administration and documentation for the project Attend meeting with clients Evaluate and certify subcontractor's claim Monitor and control on-going project costs Review and advise Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specification.


Requirements:


Diploma/Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying At least 3 years of experience in general building and/or interior fit-out works Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft office is a must Good attitude and preferably with high level of initiative * Possess good negotiation and coordination skills
