Be responsible in quantity take off, preparation of Bill of Quantities (BQ), tender and contracts preparation, cost activities, process progress claims, payments and preparation of final accounts. Administer to ensure completeness and timely submission of tender bids and quotations. To manage & co-ordinate with clients to ensure strict deadlines are met & comprehensively done. Responsible for all pre and post project contracts administration for Clients and Sub-Contractors, including not limited: preparation of interim valuations and pricing, prepare payment certificates and keep track of variations to the contract that may affect costs and profitability. Work closely with our Operations Team to identify and evaluate progress work done, any work variations for both subcontract and main contract works. Liaise and coordinate with Clients' and Sub-Contractors' Professionals, Technical and/or Site Team on site documentation, shop drawings for submission and approval. Liaise with Project Manager to establish and understand the project specification and requirements Provide Project budgeting and costing reports. Track changes in design/construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly. Good knowledge in construction works, Conditions of Contract, Forms of Contract, construction laws and requirements. Provide all relevant information to the Managing Director and Management Team for their reviews and follow-up on any tasks required by them. Assist the Project Team, Management and/or the Managing Director in contractual and cost related issues, and a range of other duties as and when required. Be responsible in maintain proper documentation for easy retrieval. * Any other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time.
