Job Description
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities
- Prepare and analyze costing for tenders
- Source for suppliers and subcontractors for quotations for tendering
- Attend tender briefing/site show round when required
- Respond to client's queries for submitted tender
- Prepare monthly progress claim to clients
- Interpret drawings and pick up quantities from drawings
