Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepares sales order and quotation.
- Handles variation order, progress claim and final account settlement.
- Reviewing tender and contract documents.
- Other QS function as assigned by Management.
- Develop and maintain contract administration and establish project budget & cash flow
- Manage project timeline and cost, carry out rates and commercial negotiations
- Manage subcontractors’ payments and claims preparation
- Assist in the preparation of interim and final accounts
- Involve in material procurement, general administration and costing.
- Can able work in construction site(work under hot sun)
- prepare layout and section drawings for relevant work.
- Carry out the detailed breakdown analysis.
- Able to used Autocad and familiar with Miscrostation software
- Specialise in civil drafting and used technical drawings to design
- Degree and above in civil or construction engineering
- Robust knowledge of materials and construction at site
- Good analytical skills
- Good understanding of the principles of contracts
