Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope) : . Preparing Main Contract's Progress Payment Claim, including variation orders and notified claims with details justification and documentary proof. . Sourcing sub-contractors and suppliers for procurement, including quantities take-off, compilation of relevant specifications and requirements, forming of work matrix, obtaining quotations, preparing cost comparison, arranging tender interview and put forward recommendation to the management for the award of the sub-contract. . Managing the awarded sub-contract, including preparing the sub-contract document, cost evaluation and certification of progress payment, variation and claim. . Any other assignments required by Project Director and Contracts Manager.REQUIREMENT (E.g. Qualifications, Certifications, Experience) : Please specify: . Educational Level and the field of study: Tertiary Education in Quantity Surveying . Type of experience required: min 3 years in infrastructural project . Amount of experience: minimum 3 years . This is a contract position for 2 years. Candidates must be willing to commit to the 2 years contract period.
