Job Description
Handle construction sites surveys and measurements, bills of quantities, calculation of building projects and tender costing.
- Prepare quotations, contracts and related documents.
- Work closely with the project team for project schedule.
- Manage the costs and select construction materials, verify sub-contract claims, measure work done on sites.
- Prepare progressive claims and variation orders.
- Other duties as per the company directors assigned
- Prefer Singaporeans and PRs.quan
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
