Job Description
Job Responsibilities: - Subcontractor and supplier sourcing- Prepare interim progress claims, Variation Order (V.O.) and final account- Develop proposal documents in response to Request For Proposal (PFP), Request For Quote (RFQ) and tenders- Prepare costing and budget for tenders- Source for projects on relevant tender platforms- Produce quantity measurements within targeted timelineJob Requirements: - Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent- At least 2-3 years of working experience in construction- Good interpersonal skills
