Job Description
:
- Quantity measurement of the following trades:
a~ Piping works.
a~ Electrical and Instrumentation works.
a~ Mechanical and Equipment works.
a~ Painting works.
- Reconcile MTO with the client.
- Monitor the following changes on-site where applicable with production teams:
a~ Site instruction from Client.
a~ Job Confirmation Sheet from client.
a~ Identification of Changes (IOC) from Production Team.
a~ Confirmation of Verbal Instruction (COVI) from Production Team.
- Compile change proposal register.
- Prepare and submit change proposal to Client for approval.
- Reconcile the change proposals submitted with Client.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Engineering discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in full scope of QS duties which includes material take-off and variations will be added advantages.
- Meticulous, positive mindset and possess "Can-do" attitude.
- Team Player, resourceful with sense of responsibility.
- Culturally adaptable.
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
