Job Description
Responsibilities &Requirements:
1. price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
2. prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documents.
3. measure and value the work done on site
4. pay subcontractors.
5. select and/ or source construction materials
6. write reports.
7. liaise with clients and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers, and site
engineers.
