Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsibility during Tender stage:
- Preparation and submission of tender documents,
- Quantity take off and prepare bills of quantities
- Sourcing of quotation and price comparison.
- Responsibility during Construction stage:
- Sub-contract procurement, price comparison and assist in the preparation of sub-contract agreement
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claim, compare revised drawings and prepare documents for variation orders.
- Assess sub-contractors’ claim and prepare payment certificates
- Assist in the Final Account for Main Contract and Sub-contract
- Support operation team in the purchase of materials/tools required on site
- Attend site meetings, conduct site measurements
- Provide support in any ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in related field.
- Proficient in MS office
- Knowledge in AutoCAD or PDF measurement.
- Able to read/understand engineering drawings and work independently.
- Good working attitude and team player.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
