• Quantity measurement, costing and estimation for both pre-contract and post-contract.
• Track changes to the Tendered Project Work Scope and adjust Project Cashflow Projection accordingly.
• Prepare Tender Documents, contracts, BOQ and other documentation required for the Project Flow (e.g. Subcontractor / Supplier etc)
• Procurement responsibilities including preparing tender document or calling for quotation for subcontract packages including evaluation through cost comparison as well as recommendation of awards
• Certify and evaluate progress work done; includes contract administration for any variation or change for both Subcontracts and Main Contracts
• Prepare and followup monthly progress claims in timely manner
• Select / Source & Evalutate the construction materials or suppliers provided to the Company.
• Liaise with Client Rep for the claims procedures and the Company's internal team such as Project Managers / Engineers / Coordinators and Site Supervisors / Engineers.
• Follow up on the payment status with the project client, including releasing of the Retension Sum (if any).
• Perform other QS-related duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Words, Excel & etc)
• Experience in Civil Engineering Fields / construction related
• Ability to learn how to use specialist software for documents control
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a Team
• Outspoken & with good Negotiating Skill
• Able to work in fast pace environment and independently
