Responsibilities Review and prepare work schedules of employees at site. Facilitate technical guidance and support to the site team. Attend site visits and tender show round. Regularly monitor site's activities. Maintain a positive employee relations climate, responding to employee-related issues promptly, fairly and consistently. Effectively communicate job responsibilities, performance expectations, customer service standards and company policies. Ability to resolve difficult situations and implement immediate solution. Able to help out with tenders and secure projects Liaise with main contractor, subcontractor, suppliers and clients Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management. Work in Ang Mo Kio Office. Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying or any relevant degree Well-versed in MS Office, AutoCAD Landscape architects experience are welcome. Responsible, trustworthy, organised with positive work attitude and sense of urgency.
