The candidate will provide related quantity surveyor experience for assigned domestic and international consultancy and design & build infrastructural projects. This will include the preparation of co The candidate will provide related quantity surveyor experience for assigned domestic and international consultancy and design & build infrastructural projects. This will include the preparation of cost estimates, Bill of Quantities, tender documentation, tender evaluation, contract administration, settlement of variation orders, finalization of project account, report writing, and other relevant material to meet the project requirements. The candidate should have a Degree/Diploma in civil, building discipline or quantity survey, with at least 2 years of relevant experience preferably in water and environmental engineering or infrastructure engineering. He/she must be a hardworking person, an independent worker and a team player with good interpersonal skills and the capability to coordinate work amongst the clients, engineers, draftspersons, sub-consultants and contractors.
