Job Scope: . Responsible for preparing quotation, evaluating tender, estimation of roller shutters / doors / interior contracting work & public seating system contractors . Ability to source for sup Job Scope: . Responsible for preparing quotation, evaluating tender, estimation of roller shutters / doors / interior contracting work & public seating system contractors . Ability to source for suppliers and sub-contractors . Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control . Evaluation and certificate of sub-contractors' work . Handle project administration and documentations . Interpret Auto-Cad drawings . Other quantity surveyor duties as assigned Requirement: . Degree / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering With Quantity Survey . (Those with relevant experience without engineering qualification can be considered) . Excellent written / spoken communication skills in English . Well-versed in Auto-Cad drawing .
