Report to Planning & Engineering Manager * Preparation of tender documents and specifications for subcontractors * Preparation of subcontract agreements, letter of award, work/purchase order Report to Planning & Engineering Manager Preparation of tender documents and specifications for subcontractors Preparation of subcontract agreements, letter of award, work/purchase order, etc Quantity measurement and preparation of progress claims and variation claims to Clients and Consultants Evaluation of subcontractor's progress claims, variation claims and recommend to team Manager for the interim payment certificates until final account settlement Monitoring of subcontractors' work progress and schedule Liaise with Clients, Consultants for QS and contract related issues Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Degree in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering Minimum 7 years of relevant site experience in Singapore building projects A good understanding of structural and architectural finishing works for building projects Well versed in PSSCOC Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision Proficient in MS Office, Bluebeam & AutoCAD Location : Punggol (Near MRT) Project : Sports Centre
