Manage contract administration by conducting pre-contract and post-contract work activities.
Review and revise legal documents, correspondences and commercial agreements. Ensure that the provision of bonds, warranties and guarantees are acceptable to the Company.
Accountable for management of entire Sub-Contract award process including award recommendation and preparation of Sub-Contract/Letter of Award for secured projects.
Work closely with projects team and sales team to resolve contractual issues and ensure that all legal implications are properly reviewed and managed.
Providing contractual advice and ensure that all contractual matters are in compliance with the Main-Contract.
Perform cost analysis and project budgeting for award of sub-contract.
Final Account preparation for project closure.
Liaise with lawyer on specific issue of potential legal case, including material preparation.
Liaise with officers on BCA related matters.
Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Preferable at least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Detailed and meticulous, attentive to work.
Good financial and numeracy management skill. Strong aptitude for numbers and spreadsheets.
Able to work in fast paced environment, multi task and well organized.
Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
