Job Description


  • Manage contract administration by conducting pre-contract and post-contract work activities.
  • Review and revise legal documents, correspondences and commercial agreements. Ensure that the provision of bonds, warranties and guarantees are acceptable to the Company.
  • Accountable for management of entire Sub-Contract award process including award recommendation and preparation of Sub-Contract/Letter of Award for secured projects.
  • Work closely with projects team and sales team to resolve contractual issues and ensure that all legal implications are properly reviewed and managed.
  • Providing contractual advice and ensure that all contractual matters are in compliance with the Main-Contract.
  • Perform cost analysis and project budgeting for award of sub-contract.
  • Final Account preparation for project closure.
  • Liaise with lawyer on specific issue of potential legal case, including material preparation.
  • Liaise with officers on BCA related matters.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Preferable at least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Detailed and meticulous, attentive to work.
  • Good financial and numeracy management skill. Strong aptitude for numbers and spreadsheets.
  • Able to work in fast paced environment, multi task and well organized.
  • Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
