Must have experience as a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer.
General quantity surveying duties such as pre/post contract duties, taking-off quantities, cost control, variations, finalization of cost and tender administrative duties and Material Inquiries & procurement.
Prepare and monitor tender documents, contracts, budgets, claims, bills of quantities and site related documentation.
Prepare the material schedule & cost analysis.
Monitor the site progress, and confirms sub-contractors, vendors and supplier\xe2\x80\x99s obligations.
Provide AutoCAD, BIM support in the form of sketches, shopdrawings or construction drawings.
Any other admin jobs and duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Candidates with minimal experience for this position or new to the industry are welcome to apply
