Responsibilities:

To carry out taking off quantities
To source sub-contractors and vendors, for quotations for relevant trade works including price comparison and cost analysis
Ability to raise tender queries / design discrepancies timely for clarification
Prepare project cash flow statement and subcontract documents (including contract & technical requirements)
Assist Project Manager with the negotiation and award of sub-contracts
Ensure submission of bonds/warranties from sub-contractors an prepare payment claims and provide
Prepare monthly payment certificate, check invoices against delivery order, and prepare report cost summary
To perform other QS duties as assigned

Requirements:

Possess a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying
Having min 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant construction working experience Good knowledge of reading specifications and building drawings
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Meticulous,independent, good communication skills, and a team player
