We started by only specializing in Japanese tiles 40 years ago, and now we\xe2\x80\x99ve grown to become one of Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s leading suppliers in construction finishing material - natural stone, tiles and bathroom products.
We started expanding our resources on a global scale and further ventured into supplying natural stones in the 1990s, starting with marble and granite with resources from the Middle East, Western Europe, South and East Asia.
Responsibilities:
- To prepare BQ, tender document, cost comparison for tender project including source and negotiate price with suppliers and sub-contractors, etc.
- Project administration and documentation include preparation of sub-contract, variation orders and settlement of final account, etc.
- To handle on-going projects and resolve contractual issues with clients.
- To prepare & submit progress claims to clients and update progress claim report.
- To oversee all sales support and customer\xe2\x80\x99s job site requirements.
- Prepare drafting and preliminary layout according to client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements within timeline.
- Perform design modifications from drawings as and when needed.
- To maintain a system on drawing submission, sending of cut list for fabrication, monitoring of shop drawing status.
- To handle other assigned duties as required.
- Diploma/Degree with Drafting experience in Interior Fitting Out, Architectural Works, Structural work, and adequate experience in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D drawing.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity.
- Willing to visit sites when required.
- Able to work independently.
- Proactive and well organized.
