Job Summary:

• Company background: Singapore based A1 main constructor sector
• Working location: West
• Working days & hrs: 5 days; Monday to Friday ; 8.30 am - 6 pm
• Salary range: up to SGD 8,500 (dep on exp) + Variable Bonus

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop tender strategies and responsible for tender estimation, including but not limited to quantity take off, cost estimation etc.
• Conduct tender exercises for sub-contracting including evaluation and award of contract.
• Prepare tender submission, including qualification and quantification documents.
• Prepare development plan to client aligning to Master Industry Plan (Familiar with industry market trend to provide input and ideas on what key propositions to bring to clients and knowledge in Design & Build Tender is preferred)
• Coordinate all parties to provide accurate analysis on the participated project including collating of critical information and preparation of final submission documentation.
• Conduct presentation to Management on the tender submission proposal and potential Client / Consultants on submission proposal and good at negotiation
• Relevant 7 years of working experience in construction industry in the public and private residential, government and commercial building projects.
• Preferably working experience with A1/A2 building company
