Job Description
Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Quantity Surveyor (M&E):Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Conduct cost estimation and analysis for tenders.
- Provide guidance on contractual claims and procurement strategies.
- Evaluate project progress and prepare detailed reports.
- Assess completed work and process progress claims.
- Monitor and document project variations that may impact costs.
- Perform cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects.
- Prepare and submit catalogues and sample boards as required.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the department
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in residential and industrial projects.
- Strong interest in fields such as Engineering Construction, Telecommunications and Investments.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of Singapore's workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
- Salary: Up to SGD 4,500 +VB (1 - 2 Months)
- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:45pm
