Job Description
Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Quantity Surveyor:Job Responsibilities
- Source and compare quotations, preparing comprehensive cost analyses and summaries.
- Prepare project costings and tender documents.
- Collaborate with project teams on variation works, progress claims, and cost control.
- Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers/vendors regarding project cost issues.
- Oversee document control processes and manage QS reporting.
- Conduct risk management, cost analysis, and tender evaluations.
- Negotiate contracts effectively and manage internal budget controls.
- Provide advice on cost limits, budgets, and procurement strategies.
- Assess contractors' claims and advise on contractual disputes.
- Undertake cost analysis for construction works to ensure optimal cost efficiency.
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in quantity take-off, cost control, progress claims, and contract administration.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Salary: SGD 3,000 + AWS +VB (1 - 2 Months)
- Working Location: Sembawang
- Working days: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
