- Prepare cost estimates based on project scope and technical documents.
- Review blueprints, specifications, and tender requirements.
- Account for materials, labor, and subcontracting costs.
- Validate pricing and ensure accurate calculations.
- Source, negotiate, and evaluate supplier quotations.
- Align estimates with project and client requirements.
- Experience in M&E/construction estimation, quotation, or admin.
- Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
- Knowledge of M&E materials and industry terms.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings is a plus.
