Perform quantity surveying tasks, including measurement take-offs and monthly progress claim pricing comparisons, and prepare subcontract agreements.
Conduct cost estimation and manage payments to subcontractors.
Handle and follow up on progress claims, certifications, variation orders, and final account settlements with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Assist with procurements and assess quotations from subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing.
Participate in meetings to ensure project alignment.
Collaborate closely with team members to achieve project objectives.
Manage both pre-contract and post-contract administration tasks.
Support tender evaluations by analyzing costings for tender submissions and preparing tender documents when required.
Assist with cost planning and implementing cost control measures.
Collaborate with the Project Manager or designated staff to evaluate and certify completed work for payment processing.

Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction or a related field.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in the builder's industry.
With knowledge in cost estimation, cost control, and QS practices.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
