Job Description
- Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation for quotation/tender and on-going projects with specific deadline.
- Liaise with suppliers /Sub-contractors and source for competitive quotation
- Submission of monthly progress claim & variation order (VO)
- Evaluation of sub-contractors’ progress claim & variation order
- Final account settlement with sub-contractors and clients
- Contract documents administration
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management
