Job Description
- Manage all costs relating to building & civil engineering projects
- Minimise costs and enhance value for money while achieving stipulated regulations, standards and quality
- Keep track of work variations
- Document and report costs projections and work variations
- Preparing & organising costing for tenders
- Maintain awareness of on-going building contracts
- Identify, analyse & respond to commercial risks
- Any other works as assigned by superior
