Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Follow up closely with clients on the issued quotations.
- Prepare and submit Progress Claim
- Follow-up on the claims and retention amounts
- Read & review new contracts
- Performs other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma in Quantity Survey/ Building Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Min. 1-2 years of working experience in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of Fall Arrest System would be an advantage.
- Fluent in English.
- Must be meticulous, detailed and conscientious with positive work attitude, committed and able to meet tight scheduled deadlines
- Good with numbers and methodical way of thinking
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Education background
- Work experiences in point forms

- Date of availability / Notice period
