Job Description


  • Singapore Based (Toa Payoh)
  • 5 Days work per week (8.30am to 6pm)
  • Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
  • Min 2 years of relevant experience in similar industry will be an added advantage.

Job scopePrepare tender submission including Bills of Quantities.Preparation of tender quotations including taking-off, materials / subcontractors outsourcing and costing.Competent to interpret the specification and contract documents.Sourcing of new suppliers and subcontractors.Analysing and negotiating costs in preparation of tender BQ and ensuring cost control.Responsible for measurement of quantities and cost estimation.Prepare Pre and Post Bid Tender clarification with consultants.Performs other duties as assigned.Company informationRegistration No.201426535WEA No.14C7279Employer questionsYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Singapore?
