Job Description

We are partnering with a full-service interior design firm based in Singapore, established in 2008. The firm specializes in creating thoughtfully designed workspaces through comprehensive end-to-end interior solutions-including space planning, custom furniture, and project and construction management-tailored to optimize business workflows and elevate the workplace experience. They are currently seeking skilled Quantity Surveyors to join their team in Singapore.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
- Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate project costs.
- Manage project budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure cost control.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any contractual or financial issues.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and procurement teams.
-Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Key qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in interior fit-out or design-and-build projects.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering procedures, and contract administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant quantity surveying software.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
