• Client: MNC in Mega building projects, LTA/MRT, \xe2\x80\x9cA1 Main Contractor in Water & O&G industry\xe2\x80\x9d
• Location: Town, North, 5 days, with Transport, West Area, will pick up from Jurong East MRT\xe2\x80\x9d
• Working hrs: Mon - Fridays/ 5 days work week.
• Salary: $4.5 \xe2\x80\x93 $ 7K.K Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
• Staff Benefits: AWS, Year-End Bonus + VB, 17 days annual leave ++.

• 4 years of relevant Singapore experience preferably in civil structural projects
• With Good Spoken / Written English, Communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Project Management added advantage.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
• Prepare settlement of final accounts
• Maintenance of project documentation
• Source for quotation for materials and services
• Preparation of subcontractor\'s/ supplier\'s procurement, agreements, and payments
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Cost planning, estimations, and measurement of quantities
• Manage Contracts administration
• Handle issues including extension of time, terms and conditions, loss and expenses claim
