Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Tabulate quantities, estimate cost, and request quotation
- Knowledge of electrical products and costing
- Updating contract documents, drawings, and correspondences
- Submission of progress claims and site valuations
- Preparation of Variation Order for submission
- Liaise with subcontractors and clients
- Ensure timely completion of an assign tender
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor or Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of QS experience
- Computer skills \xe2\x80\x93 Microsoft office skills (Excel, Words. AutoCAD, etc.)
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Independent, resourceful, pro-active, and responsible
- Work under tight timeline
- Must be team player
- 14 Days Annual Leave & Medical Leave
- AWS + PB (Depends on yearly Business)
