He or she must be able to do measurement for tendering, submit tender, calling of quotation for tender and and awarded subcontrator for main projects, access monthly awarded projects progress claim , knowledge in use of microsoft projects, certified monthly payment reponse to subcontractors, visit site for progress claim, meeting with consultants, settling of final accounts
