Job Description
1) Full range of quantity surveying work including estimating & tendering , procurement and contract/subcontracts cost and budget control. 2) Evaluate and advice on all contractural matters. 3) Liai 1) Full range of quantity surveying work including estimating & tendering , procurement and contract/subcontracts cost and budget control. 2) Evaluate and advice on all contractural matters. 3) Liaise with other consultants, contractors and authorities from inception to completion of projects. 4) Responsible for timely submission of plan, progress claim to authorities and clients. 5) Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project. 6) Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly 7) Idenifying claim potential variation works. 8) Coordinate and monitor work progresss at site including site inspection and attending meeting during the course of project. 9) Select and/or source construction materials. 10) Measure and value the work done on site. 11) Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project. 12) Write reports 13) Preferable speak and communication in English and Mandarin a) Degree or Diploma in Building / Enginering / Quantity Surveying or equalivant b) Work independent c) The ability to negotiate d) Numeracy
