Provide AutoCAD support in the form of sketches, shopdrawings or construction drawings. Estimate the quantity and costs of materials Prepare contracts and documents. Set budgets for payments, inventory needs, and materials Analyse costs for maintenance and additional building needs Track changes in plans or constructions update budgets Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors. Hire and document contractors and subcontractors Act as a liaison between clients and site managers/engineers Keep track of construction materials and inventory Identify potential financial or construction risks Advise clients on improvements, strategies, and/or estimated costs Prepare payments for contractors and subcontractors Analyse completed projects to determine ROI and compare costs Preferably specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Responsible for cost estimating, quantity take off, claims preparations, variations and final accounts. General contracts administration, review of contracts, prepare tender and contract documentations, tender analyses and reporting, measurements, etc. Review sub-contractors claims and materials planning delivery on site. Ad hoc duties assigned by Operations Manager Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource / Management or equivalent. At least 2 Years of working experience in Singapore in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Power Point. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task. Good written and oral communication, both in English and Mandarin . Able to communicate in multi-languages will be added advantageous.
