- Client: A1 Main Contractor.
- Location: West Area, with Transport pick up from Jurong East MRT
- Working Hrs: Mon - Friday, 5 days work week, 44 hrs.
- Salary: $4 -6K Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
- Staff Benefits: Year-End Bonus + VB, 14 days annual leave.
IMPORTANT NOTE: * Only Those Who DO NOT Require ANY Work Pass, Non-Negotiable.
** Must Have Min 3- 8 years of Singapore Civil construction Experience. **
Requirements: * Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, CIVIL Construction Management,
- Must have a minimum of 3 \xe2\x80\x93 8 years of Singapore CivilProject working experience
- 4 years of relevant Singapore experience preferably in civil structural construction projects
- Good Spoken / written English, communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control
- Prepare settlement of final accounts
- Maintenance of project documentation
- Source for quotation for materials and services
- Preparation of subcontractor\'s/ supplier\'s procurement, agreements, and payments
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Cost planning, estimations, and measurement of quantities
- Manage Contracts administration
- Handle issues including extension of time, terms and conditions, loss and expenses claim
