Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and service-minded individual to join us as a
Quotations Executive,
you'll play a key role in supporting our clients, preparing insurance quotes, and contributing to overall sales and client retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Support:
Build and maintain good relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support and timely responses.
Quotations & Renewals:
Prepare accurate insurance quotations and assist with policy renewals for assigned clients.
Customer Service:
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure clients have a positive experience with our service.
New Business:
Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential new clients.
Sales Support:
Recommend suitable products and services, and support sales efforts through up-selling and cross-selling when appropriate.
Requirements:
Minimum O-Level
qualifications.
Positive attitude
, willing to learn and grow in the role.
Customer-focused
mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication skills
in English.
BCP, PGI, ComGI, and HI certifications
are an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,300.00 per month
