The Lead Business Functional Analyst covers the whole analysis phase of a project and is able to design optimal target state business processes, including aspects outside own area of responsibility to ensure target processes are designed and aligned front to back.

FIC Technology team is responsible for managing technology related to FX, Emerging Markets, Rates, Credit and Listed Derivatives business.

Looking for a candidate who is proficient in business and functional analysis in listed derivatives and eFX trading space.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience and a strong knowledge of front to back exchange trading systems, trading infra understanding, exchange/client connectivity and domain knowledge.
The candidate will perform requirements analysis, functional design/testing, and stakeholder management.
The candidate will be an interface between end users and developers/vendor teams.
The candidate will cover global Listed Derivatives and/or eFX markets and scope will include end to end analysis from front to back office.

Your key responsibilities:

• Understand and transmit the business requirements for the project, and translate these into functional specifications and detailed test plans
• Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain signoffs
• Work closely with development teams to deliver on agreed business requirements
• Create/review test cases and work with QA team
• Provide project management, governance & reporting of assigned work streams
• Manage activities end-to-end to deliver the projects (from scoping to implementation)
• Coordinate and chair meetings with project stakeholders from sponsors to project team
• Interacting and presenting to senior business and technology stakeholders
• Work with vendor teams to plan, track and manage deliverables
• Provide subject matter expertise in designing trading solutions
• Understand IT target architecture so that projects can be delivered strategically
• Ensure that all required artefacts during the project phase are produced and deposited into the repository

Your skills and experience:

• Minimum 5 years of business functional analysis experience (requirements analysis, functional testing) in exchange trading domain
• Understanding of Exchange traded derivatives \xe2\x80\x93 Stock/FX futures, stock/FX options, index futures, index options and trading strategies/algorithms
• Exposure to technical skills such as SQL, FIX protocol and scripting
• Ability to solve problem, perform root cause analysis and present robust solutions.
• Ability to analyze and document complex business processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a meticulous research and investigation approach
• Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills
• Ability to multitask / manage multiple projects.

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement may apply.
